Last year the state legislature made drastic cuts to the State Parks budget. As a result they are now
looking at possibly having to close or transfer ownership of some of their parks in order to fit into the new budget they’ve been given. Are these feasible suggestions on how to deal with the shortfall in State Parks? Terry Wood checks in with commissioners in some of the rural areas that would be greatly affected to find out.
