Utah Governor, Gary Herbert, chaired the Western Governors' Association for the last year. Chad Booth caught up with the Governor to find out how the issues that affect Utah; public lands, endangered species and energy; are also key action items for a number of states in the west. The highlight of the most recent Western Governors' Conference was the release of a 10 year energy plan for 19 states.
