Part of the legislative session dealt with some fine tuning of the Justice Reinvestment Act which took place the prior year and had
kind of a funding problem and created a little bit of stress with counties. A lot of county people expressed some concern so HB 261 came into play during the course of this legislative session and it changes some of that funding. It’s an important thing particularly if you are at an official county level so we decided
to take a half an hour and talk about that today and joining us for our conversation is Doug Thomas who is with the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health and we have Ron
