Today we are looking at a new piece of legislation just coming on line here in the state of Utah is HB 163 as it was debated in the legislator and it changes the categorizations of personal use of public property it was a clarification on a bill some people are quite concerned about the impacts it will have on appointed, hired and elected county officials in the execution of their daily concerns.
