Derek Dowsett is the Producer of the County Seat. Now entering his 11th season of the program, he has received what he considers a "Crash Course" in County Government.

Within the halls of this building the Utah State Capitol there have been lots of conversation the last few months about monuments. Whether we should or should not have them. Should they be big or small? But we really can’t have a good conversation unless we have a good understanding. So our show today is about monuments and the impact that they have over a period of time.
