So what is the difference between Urban Farming and more traditional Farming?
It seems to be the size of the operation and in many cases homes, highways, or Home Depots surround all four sides of the plot.
We will talk about what Salt Lake County has done to put non-productive land back into production. What programs are available to the public? Along with looking more broadly at the growing focus on local food.
