Utah is leading the way on cosmic ray research. Dark skies and open space make the BLM and School Trust Lands west of Delta Utah a perfect place to setup cosmic ray collectors and the largest cosmic ray telescope array in the northern hemisphere.

Derek Dowsett is the Producer of the County Seat. Now entering his 4th season of the program, he has received what he considers a "Crash Course" in County Government. Derek is passionate about access to public lands, Rural Utah and State's Rights.
