The Grass March Cowboy Express was a relay ride across America from Bodega Bay in California to Washington DC to protest Federal Overreach and Over regulation of Ranchers on Public Lands. A number of resolutions along with copies of the legislation from states like Utah demanding that management of the public lands be turned over to the states.
