The Powell Pipeline is in the process of undergoing study on environmental and cultural impacts of the pipeline on public lands. The path of the pipeline is set to pull from right above the Glenn Canyon Damn and then follow the highway and power line alignments in order to avoid undue impacts. The panel also discusses how the pipeline will be funded and what it will cost.
