Every year at the legislature there is one issue that seems to generate a lot of heat and a lot of opinion. This year it happens to be medical marijuana. We took a run at it in the last legislature and they have come back full circle to try and pass bills. There are two that are making their way through. Today on the county seat we are going to analyze both of them and look at them from a community impact level. So we wanted to start why medical marijuana in the first place? What are their components and what are the elements and how does it medically improve peoples’ lives. So there is clinical evidence that there is medical value in marijuana or its extract. So how do we implement it as a medicine to help people in Utah.
